Beta sandbox · PHI policy

I will not upload Protected Health Information (PHI) — patient names, member IDs, MRNs, claim IDs, dates of birth, addresses, or any other 18-identifier per HIPAA Safe Harbor — to the Velora beta sandbox. The sandbox is provisioned for synthetic and de-identified data only. I understand that uploading PHI is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate access revocation.
